GENERAL TERMS

  1. By ordering the product, you hereby confirm that you have read and agree to the terms of delivery of the product.
  2. By starting to order a product, you agree that on the website dienlilijudarzs.lv the entered data may be used in accordance with the rules specified above in the Privacy Policy section.
  3. Seedling trade permit - our grown seedlings are included in the register of the State Plant Protection Service (Register No. 3205109, registration certificate).

Product descriptions and prices:

  1. In the online store dienlilijudarzs.lv the displayed product images may differ from the product offered. In order to clarify the characteristics of the product or to eliminate ambiguities arising or related to its ordering, as well as to avoid misunderstandings, please contact dienlilijudarzs.lv by e-mail: dienlilijudarzs@gmail.com, or by phone +371 29422006.

The price does not include delivery charges.

  1. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Changes take effect from the moment of their publication in the online store dienlilijudarzs.lv, and they apply to orders placed after the changes are posted.

Payment procedure when purchasing a product:

Payment can be made:

  1. with a payment card or through internet banking online. Online payments are made using our partner system "Paysera" (more information: www.paysera.lv).

Dispatch of goods:

  1. Orders placed in the period from 01.01 - 30.04. are sent out in the period from 01.05 - 31.05 to guarantee quality transportation of seedlings.
  2. Orders made in the period from 01.06. – 31.09. are shipped within 3-5 business days.

Right of refusal and return of goods/policies

  1.  Information on the right of refusal, as well as the provisions of the Distance Agreement, can be read in the Cabinet of Ministers' regulations no. 255.
  2. As well as information about the return of the product can be found in the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights adopted by the Saeima!
  3. If the shipment is not received due to the customer's fault (for example, it is not removed from the package, wrong phone number, address, e-mail is specified), it is re-sent only when the customer has covered additional transport costs.

11.1. The amount of additional transport costs is determined based on the transport costs of the original order. That is, if the customer places an order where transport costs are 5 EUR, then the amount of additional transport costs will also be 5 EUR.
